COMMUNITY BOOTH
Weekly Rental
Our community booth is available weekly for local businesses and organizations who do not meet the normal vendor criteria for Madeira Farmers Market, or who only wish to participate in one market. The community booth comes with a tent with weights and a 6-foot table, which will be set up upon arrival. All other set up is the responsibility of the participant. Chairs are not included.
Rental Fee: $20.
Free to nonprofits and market sponsors.
How to Apply
- Email madeirafarmersmarket@gmail.com if you have questions and to request an application.
- Once you have submitted the application, the market manager will contact you to confirm acceptance and date of attendance.
- Payment may be made via PayPal. Further detail will be provided by the market manager.
The community booth is available on a first-come, first-served basis, at the discretion of the market management.
- Booth space is reserved once payment is complete.
- All applicants must carry liability insurance.
- Business sponsors and nonprofits are required to fill out the application and sign all agreements to reserve the booth, however no payment is necessary.
